Please fill out all information completely and truthfully. You are welcome to include photos of your living situation, any existing pets, and your surroundings, so that we can get an idea of your new companion’s future home in advance. After all, you and your new pet should be happy together for a lifetime! Of course, all information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
